Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data that Weavelinx Marketplace (marketplace.weavelinx.com) holds in connection with our Facebook Lead Ads integration service, in compliance with Meta Platform requirements and applicable data protection laws.
1. What Data We Hold
Through our Facebook Lead Ads integration, we may store:
Facebook Page ID(s) and Page name(s) you connected.
Encrypted Facebook Page access tokens used to retrieve leads on your behalf.
Lead form submissions (such as name, email, and phone number) retrieved from your Facebook Lead Ad campaigns, together with delivery/forwarding logs.
2. How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion of your data using any of the following methods:
Option A — Disconnect from your CRM (self-service, immediate):
- Log in to your Weavelinx CRM admin panel.
- Go to the Facebook integration page.
- Click “Disconnect” (or “Unsubscribe” for an individual Page).
This revokes our access and removes the stored Page access token(s) for that Page.
Option B — Email request:
Send an email to support@weavelinx.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include:
- Your account email and/or licensed domain.
- The Facebook Page name(s) or ID(s) involved, if known.
We will verify your identity and process the request.
Option C — Facebook Data Deletion Callback:
If you remove our app from your Facebook account settings (Settings > Apps and Websites), Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete the associated Page tokens and stored lead data tied to your Facebook user.
3. What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified request we will delete:
- All stored Facebook Page access tokens associated with you.
- Page registration records linking your Page(s) to your CRM site.
- Lead data and forwarding logs we hold that originated from your connected Page(s), except where we are required to retain limited records to comply with legal or accounting obligations.
Note: Leads that were already delivered to your own CRM system reside on your CRM site and are under your control. Deleting data from our relay does not remove leads already stored in your CRM; you manage those directly within your CRM.
4. Timeframe
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Self-service disconnection (Option A) and Facebook-initiated removal (Option C) take effect immediately.
