Weavelinx Marketplace (marketplace.weavelinx.com) exclusively sells digital products such as UI designs, templates, themes, and graphics. Since all our products are virtual, no physical shipping is required. This policy outlines how our digital products are delivered.
1. Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment, users will receive an email confirmation with a download link.
Purchased products will also be available in the user’s account under the Download Section.
If a product is not accessible within 24 hours of purchase, users should contact our support team at web@weavelinx.com.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Digital products are delivered instantly or within a few minutes after payment confirmation.
In rare cases, such as system maintenance or payment verification delays, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
3. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If a purchased product is not received within the expected timeframe, users must check their spam folder or log in to their account’s Download Section.
If the issue persists, they should contact our support team with their order details.
4. No Physical Shipping
As our products are digital, we do not provide shipping or physical delivery.
