Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Weavelinx Marketplace (marketplace.weavelinx.com), we offer digital products such as UI designs, templates, themes, and graphics. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict refund and cancellation policy. Please read the terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • As all products on our platform are digital, order cancellations are not possible once the payment has been processed.

  • Users must review product descriptions and preview files before making a purchase to ensure they meet their requirements.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Non-Delivery of Product: If a user does not receive the purchased product via email or in their account’s download section within the promised time.

  • Corrupt or Defective File: If the downloaded file is corrupt, missing essential components, or unusable.

  • Duplicate Purchase: If a user accidentally purchases the same product more than once, a refund can be issued for the duplicate transaction.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must:

  • Contact our support team at web@weavelinx.com within 7 days of purchase.

  • Provide the order details, reason for the refund request, and relevant proof (e.g., error message, screenshot).

  • Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days with an approval or rejection decision.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the product has been downloaded successfully and is functioning as described.

  • If the issue is due to user error, software incompatibility, or lack of knowledge in using the product.

  • If the refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Users are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
