This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform to purchase digital products such as UI designs, templates, themes, and graphics, and when you connect your Facebook Page(s) to our Facebook Lead Ads integration service.

Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies to improve user experience and track site interactions.
Facebook / Meta Data (Lead Ads Integration): When you connect a Facebook Page to our service, we collect and process the following data through the Meta Graph API:
Your Facebook Page ID(s) and Page name(s).
Page access tokens that authorize us to retrieve leads on your behalf.
Lead form submissions generated by your Facebook Lead Ad campaigns, which may include the contact’s name, email address, phone number, and any other fields you configured in your lead form.
2. How We Use Your Information
To process transactions and provide customer support.
To personalize user experience and improve our services.
To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
Facebook Lead Ads Integration: We use the Facebook/Meta data described above solely to retrieve new leads from your connected Facebook Page(s) and deliver them to your own CRM system (the WordPress site you have licensed and authorized). We act as a data processor on your behalf — you (the Page owner) remain the controller of the lead data collected from your campaigns. We do not use lead data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering it to your authorized destination.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We share necessary information with third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) and analytics services.
Facebook Lead Ads: Lead data retrieved from your Facebook Page(s) is forwarded only to the CRM site you have explicitly connected and authorized. It is never sold, rented, or shared with any other party.
4. User Rights & Data Protection
Users can access, modify, or request deletion of their personal data.
We implement encryption and security measures to protect user data.
Facebook Page access tokens are stored in encrypted form (AES-256) and are never exposed to client sites or third parties. Lead data is transmitted to your CRM exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain Facebook lead data on our relay only as long as necessary to deliver it to your connected CRM. Once a lead has been successfully forwarded, it is not retained on our servers beyond operational logging needed for delivery confirmation and troubleshooting.
You may disconnect a Facebook Page at any time from your CRM admin panel, which revokes our access and removes the associated stored token.
To request deletion of any personal data we hold — including Facebook-derived lead data or Page tokens — please follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page at: https://marketplace.weavelinx.com/data-deletion-instructions or email us at support@weavelinx.com. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including encryption of access tokens and HTTPS transmission of all lead data. However, please be aware that no method of transmitting information over the internet or storing data is completely secure.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
