WhatsApp for your property CRM
Weavelinx Messaging puts WhatsApp inside your leads. Someone enquires and gets a reply within seconds. Every message you send or receive appears on that lead’s page, so nothing gets lost in a rep’s phone.
Two ways to connect. Use one or both.
- Your official business number. Use a WhatsApp Business (Cloud API) number in your company’s name. You need it for templates, campaigns and buyer sign-in codes. Connect it yourself in a secure Weavelinx window: sign in with Facebook, choose your business and pick the number. There is no partner-access request in Business Manager. Weavelinx is an approved Meta Tech Provider.
- Keep your WhatsApp Business app. Connect the number you already use. The app keeps working on your phone. Up to six months of history copies in, attached to leads you already have. Old chats never create leads, notifications or automatic messages.
- A rep’s own WhatsApp. Link a number by scanning a QR code, the way WhatsApp Web works. It is live in minutes with no approval from Meta. Your plan includes some of these numbers, and you can buy more.
Every conversation on the lead’s page
- A chat view, with a note on how long you can still reply freely before a template is needed.
- Someone who writes to you for the first time becomes a lead, or joins the lead they already are.
- Instant reply to every new lead.
- Share a property with its photo and brochure.
- Import chats already on a linked phone. You review them first.
- A WhatsApp you send counts as contact on Today’s plan.
Templates, profile and campaigns (official number)
- Write message templates and submit them to Meta, with an image, video or document header.
- Manage your business profile and see whether Meta has verified you.
- Send campaigns to saved audiences, only to people who agreed to hear about offers. Sending is paced to your number’s daily limit.
Buyer sign-in codes on WhatsApp
Buyers sign in with their mobile number and get the code on WhatsApp. If WhatsApp can’t send it, they are offered email.
Permission and safety built in
- Permission to send offers is recorded for every lead, from your enquiry form, a printed poster, in person or a lead form. Anyone who replies STOP is never sent offers again.
- Only your official number can start a chat with someone who hasn’t written to you. This protects personal numbers from restriction.
- If your number’s quality drops, outreach pauses automatically and tells you why.

- Weavelinx Property Listing 3.1.0 or later
- A Weavelinx licence. Buying this add-on adds it to your existing licence, so the key stays the same.
- For the official number: a WhatsApp Business account. Meta charges you for template messages at its own rates, with no Weavelinx markup. Replies inside the 24-hour window are free.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work without the licence?
Nothing is sent without the licence. Conversations already stored stay on each lead’s page, and the WhatsApp screens show how to get the add-on.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp Business app number?
Yes. Connect it as your official number. The app keeps working and what you type there shows up in the lead’s chat.
Is the QR-linked number safe?
It is not an official Meta integration, so Meta may restrict numbers used for unsolicited outreach. The add-on stops personal numbers from starting chats with strangers when an official number exists.
Does the licence include the setup?
No. Setting up the Meta connection is a separate one-time service.
