Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of marketplace.weavelinx.com (“Weavelinx Marketplace”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including our digital products and our Facebook Lead Ads integration service. By creating an account, purchasing a product, or connecting a Facebook Page to our service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you connect a Facebook Page, you confirm that you own or are authorized to manage that Page and its associated lead data.
2. The Service
Weavelinx Marketplace provides:
- Digital products such as UI designs, templates, themes, and graphics.
- A Facebook Lead Ads integration that retrieves leads from your connected Facebook Page(s) via the Meta Graph API and delivers them to your authorized CRM system.
The integration acts on your behalf. You remain responsible for the lawful collection and handling of any personal data your Facebook Lead Ad campaigns generate.
3. Facebook / Meta Integration
By connecting a Facebook Page, you authorize us to:
- Access your Page list and basic Page information.
- Subscribe your Page to lead notifications and retrieve lead form submissions.
- Forward those leads to the CRM site you have licensed and connected.
You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the Page from your CRM admin panel or by removing our app from your Facebook account settings. Your use of Facebook is also governed by Meta’s own terms and policies.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Meta’s Platform Terms.
- Collect or process personal data without a lawful basis or proper consent.
- Attempt to access data belonging to other users or interfere with the service.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service or retrieved lead data improperly.
6. Payments and Licensing
Purchases of digital products and service licenses are subject to the pricing and terms shown at the time of purchase. License keys authorize use on the specific domain(s) you register. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a digital product has been downloaded or a license has been activated.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through the marketplace remain our property or that of our licensors. Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use it as described in its product listing.
8. Data Protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (https://marketplace.weavelinx.com/privacy-policy/) and Data Deletion Instructions (https://marketplace.weavelinx.com/data-deletion-instructions). By using the service you consent to that handling.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all leads will be delivered without delay, including delays caused by Meta’s systems.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weavelinx Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, leads, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or Meta’s Platform policies. You may stop using the service at any time and disconnect any connected Page.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
